I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but after my experience yesterday at TSO I have to brag on the wonderful people and experience I had there. From the friendly and helpful people working the front desk, to the technician who did the first part of my eye exam, to Dr. Nguyen who finished the testing and wrote my perscription, and to the woman who went over my options with insurance coverage my experience - from start to finish was as smooth as can be. Every single person there was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and just all around kind-hearted. A simple eye exam turned out to be a total week-brightener. I want to specifically brag on the technician who saw me at the beginning to do the first part of my exam (and I wish so badly that I remembered her name!!). As someone who gets anxious for any sort of exam, procedure, etc. she made me feel comfortable every step of the way by clearly explaining what she was doing and by offering a kind and calm demeanor. Dr. Nguyen was just as patient and professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I was so impressed by the quality of all the people that work there and wanted to say THANK YOU for easing my nerves and treating me with such kindness and respect. This is truly a special place with special people running it, and whatever yall do to make your system run as smoothly as it does truly works! Thank you all for a smooth and positive experience. Every sort of medical office/practice should take a page out of yall's book. 🙂 -Delaney Staff
